Not at all! You don’t need to create an account to order! Although, customers do have the option to make an account if they would like to save their shipping info for next time!

We are unfortunately unable to accept product exchanges. If you have purchased the wrong size, you will still need to do the Returns process and purchase the correct size on a separate order and return the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Because we aim to process and ship your order within 24-72 hours of it being placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. Please note it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been processed and dispatched. In this case please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.
Before contacting us, please make sure you have allowed enough time for your order to arrive. Domestic deliveries range from between 3-10 business days (interstate and remote deliveries may be longer) and international deliveries can take between 10-25 business days. Please be aware that in busy periods, these time-frames may not be able to be met by the postal carriers we use. You can check the delivery status of your order, by checking the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s). If you have an account you can login to view your order details. If you can’t locate your tracking number feel free to contact us.

We are doing our best to make sure that our packaging is adorable but most importantly, responsible & kind to the environment! Currently we use eco friendly/biodegradable mailers which can be composted at home! Please consider reusing whatever you can! Here is a list of what can be reused, recycled and composted below.
• Mailers - Biodegradable & Compostable
• Tissue paper - biodegradable
• Kraft box - Reusable & Recyclable
• Kraft Shredded Paper Filler - reusable, biodegradable, compostable and recyclable.
Just separate the stickers and tape from the packaging and you’re good to go!

Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any items that are affected by wear and tear, chewing or scratching. Our items are not handmade therefore we are unable to repair damaged items. Please be sure to supervise your pet at all times and do not leave them unattended with any items that they may be able to damage. Our products are made with high quality materials, however they are not indestructible. JazzyBoo do not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur during the use or misuse of our products. Please ensure that all items are inspected prior to use.
If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged we will happily cover the cost of return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, shipping will be at the customers expense. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for more info!
Since you must cover the shipping charges to get the product back to us you can choose whatever carrier you want. Please note that if you want the item to actually arrive to us we'd strongly suggest that you obtain a TRACKING NUMBER so the item can be traced. We are not responsible for a product that never makes its way back to us.

We are sorry to hear that. But you are in luck if you return any items, that meet our Returns and Refunds Policy requirements and are within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Within this time-frame we are able to process a refund; and you can re-purchase in the correct size. We unfortunately are unable to accept exchanges. We recommend checking out our Returns and Refunds Policy and send an email to email@example.com if you have any unanswered questions.
JazzyBoo will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
• All returns must be sent back with a completed Returns Form & a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the item has been sent back to us, for all returns to be receipted and refunds to be issued.
• We do not refund sale items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing.
