Returns & Refunds Policy

If you have purchased the incorrect size or have simply changed your mind, we would be happy to offer you a refund provided that

The item(s) are returned within 30 days of you receiving your order. (our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered as indicated by the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)

If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged we will happily cover the cost of return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, shipping will be at the customers expense.

All returned products must be unused, unwashed, in their original undamaged packaging and contain no fur. We strongly advise that you carefully try on new items indoors incase you need to return them.

All packaging, swing tags and care tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags, will not be refunded. You will receive an email to advise of this, at which time we can organise to return the items back to you at your cost.

If you purchased an item as part of a bundle (e.g. buy a harness and get a leash free etc..) the entire bundle must be returned

We do not refund sale items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please note that we do not offer any exchanges on our products (only returns for refund that meet all requirements of the policy)

All returns must be sent back with a completed Returns Form & a copy of your invoice inside the parcel. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the item has been sent back to us, for all returns to be receipted and refunds to be issued.  

Your return will be reviewed by our team and once this has been completed you will receive an email confirming (or rejecting) your return. If your return is approved you will receive an email about the outcome.
